摘  要：在高校建设新工科的背景下，郑州航空工业管理学院材料类专业实施了“毕业论文（设计）四年一贯制”改革，毕业论文质量和毕业生科研创新能力逐年提高。文章提出了“毕业论文（设计）四年一贯制”过程管理体系，主要包括选题管理、开题管理、中期管理、答辩与成绩管理四大模块。实践表明：该体系有利于导师因材施教，有利于提高毕业生质量，有利于“毕业论文（设计）四年一贯制”的复制推广。

Abstract： Under the background of the construction of new engineering courses in colleges and universities， the reform of "four-year-graduation-thesis（design） system" is implemented in Zhengzhou University of Aeronautic. The quality of graduation thesis and the scientific research and innovation ability of graduates have been improved year by year. This paper puts forward the process management system of "four-year-graduation-thesis （design） system"， which mainly includes four modules： topic selection management， opening report management， mid-term management， thesis reply and score management. The practical results show that the process management system is conducive to tutors teaching students in accordance with their aptitude， to improving the quality of graduates， and to the replication and promotion of the "four-year-graduation-thesis （design） system".

近年来，随着我国经济的转型升级，以技术创新为特征的高端制造业成为了发展重点[1]。为了配合这种转变，教育部在《教育部高等教育司关于开展新工科研究与实践的通知》中提出了人才培养的更高要求[2]。为了推进新工科建设，高等学校要在课程体系、培养模式等诸多方面进行深入改革。

在课程体系改革中，有一门争议最大的课程就是毕业论文（设计）（以下统称为毕业论文）。前些年，有人建议取消毕业论文[3]。这在高等教育领域引起了一次关于毕业论文的大讨论：一部分教师认为毕业论文已经流于形式，对人才培养并无大用，应当取消;另一部分教师认为毕业论文是培养学生创新精神、实践能力与科研能力的重要环节，只能加强不能取消。现在，毕业论文不仅保留下来，相关的课程改革还引起了教育界的高度重视。……
