摘  要：本科层次职业教育试点院校如何开展试点，是完善现代职业教育体系服务国家的关键一环，也为制造业发展和国家战略提供人才保障。文章通过分析开展职业本科教育的背景、现状入手，从而提出本科层次职业教育教学体系建设的策略，主要从目标体系建设、专业体系建设、课程体系建设以及实践教学体系建设四个方面构建本科层次职业教育的教学体系，提高学校的教学水平和教学质量，也为其他本科层次职业教育试点院校提供一些理论依据。

Abstract： How to carry out the trials in the undergraduate-level vocational education pilot colleges and universities is a key part of improving the modern vocational education system to serve the country. It also provides talent guarantee for the development of the manufacturing industry and the national strategy. This paper starts with the analysis of the background and current situation of vocational undergraduate education， and then proposes the strategy for the construction of the undergraduate level vocational education teaching system， which mainly constructs the undergraduate level from four aspects： target system construction， professional system construction， curriculum system construction and practical teaching system construction. The teaching system of vocational education improves the teaching level and quality of schools， and also improves some theoretical basis for other undergraduate-level vocational education pilot colleges.

一、開展本科层次职业教育的背景

随着我国传统产业结构的升级改造和战略性新兴产业的发展，特别是当前结构性失业问题的出现，制造业人才培养与企业实际需求脱节，产教融合不够深入、工程教育实践环节薄弱，学校和培训机构基础能力建设滞后等问题严重影响着国家经济社会的快速发展，人才供给侧面临严峻考验，这时“供需错位”已成为中国经济发展中阻挡中国经济持续增长的最大障碍。为了解决这些迫在眉睫的问题，国家陆续出台了系列指导文件，如《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》《关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》等文件，对于高等学校培养什么样的人才，如何培养人才提出了指导性的意见。……
