摘要：冬小麦新品种中梁42号是天水市农业科学研究所以自育材料11110（白芒麦//04H668/天选50号）为母本、兰天19号为父本杂交，采用系谱法经过多年选育而成。在2017 — 2019年进行的甘肃省陇南片冬小麦川区组区域试验中，2 a 10点（次）平均折合产量为6 956.25 kg/hm2，较对照品种兰天33号增产3.17%;在2020年进行的甘肃省陇南片冬小麦川区组生产试验中，平均折合产量为7 465.50 kg/hm2，较对照品种兰天33号增产3.90%。中梁42号属冬性普通小麦，生育期245 d，平均株高90.35 cm，平均穗粒数46.5粒，千粒重46.02 g，容重748 g/L。经接种鉴定，苗期对条锈菌混合菌表现免疫，成株期对条锈菌供试小种及混合菌均表现免疫。适宜在甘肃省陇南、天水川地冬小麦品种类型区种植。

Abstract：Zhongliang 42 is a new winter wheat cultivar， bred from parental combination of self-breeding material 11110（Baimangmai//04H668/Tianxuan 50） with Lantian 19 by using genealogical method for many years. In 2017 — 2019， the average yield of 2 a 10 sites（times） was 6 956.25 kg/hm2， compared with the control cultivar Lantian 33 increased by 3.17% in Longnan Winter Wheat Regional Test of Gansu Longnan. In 2020， the average yield is 7 465.50 kg/hm2， compared with the control cultivar Lantian 33 increased by 3.90% in Winter Wheat Production Test of Gansu Longnan. The growth period of Zhongliang 42 is 245 days， the average plant height is 90.35 cm， the average grain number is 46.5 grains， the average 1000-grain weight is 46.02 g and the average bulk density is 748 g/L. By inoculating identification， the results showed that it is immune to mixed isolates of stripe rust mixture at seeding stage， and immune to all provided races and mixed isolates of stripe rust mixture at adult stage. It is suitable for growing in the valley areas in Longnan and Tianshui region of Gansu Province.

冬小麥是甘肃陇南麦区的主要粮食作物，常年播种面积22万hm2左右，占全省冬小麦种植面积的40%以上[1 ]。小麦条锈病是甘肃陇南小麦生产上最主要的病害，培育和种植抗病品种是防治该病最经济有效且利于环境保护的措施[2 - 3 ]。然而，由于小麦条锈菌的寄主专化性和高度变异性，常常造成生产上原来的抗病品种丧失抗性，变为感病品种，给生产带来严重威胁[4 - 5 ]。CYR34的出现，导致生产上长期利用的抗源材料贵农22、南农92R及其衍生系品种的抗锈性屡屡丧失，生产上可利用的抗源材料和抗病品种严重匮乏[6 - 9 ]。因此，必须不断寻找新抗源、培育抗锈新品种以持续控制该区小麦条锈病。……
