摘要：目的：观察丙泊酚复合盐酸瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者自主呼吸恢复及拔管时间的影响。方法：我院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的76例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为本次研究对象，按照是否应用丙泊酚复合盐酸瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉将患者分为对照组（38例：未应用上述麻醉方式，而应用七氟烷静脉复合吸入麻醉）与实验组（38例：应用丙泊酚复合盐酸瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉），比较两组患者麻醉效果。结果：实验组患者术后苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间以及拔管时间等手术指标均优于对照组，此外，实验组患者术后不良反应发生率（5.26%）低于对照组，数据差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者丙泊酚复合盐酸瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉效果显著优于七氟烷静脉复合吸入麻醉。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of propofol compound hydrochloride target infusion anesthesia on independent respiratory recovery and extubation time in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： 76 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from June 2019 to June 2020 divided the patients into control groups with propofol compound target infusion anesthesia （38 cases： no anesthesia， and seveflurane intravenous inhalation anesthesia） and experimental group （38 cases： propofol compound target control anesthesia）.Results： The postoperative recovery time， autonomous respiratory recovery time and extubation time were all better than the experimental group， in addition， the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions （5.26%） was lower than the experimental group， and the data varied significantly （P<0.05）.Conclusions： The target infusion of propofol had significantly better anesthesia than sevoflurane intravenous inhalation anesthesia.

腹腔镜胆囊切除术为微创术式，该术式因手术切口小，术中操作精准，术中出血量少，患者术后恢复快等优点，在临床得到了极大的推广，但是该术式仍属于侵入性手术，术中不同麻醉方式可对患者血流动力学指标造成不同程度的影响，近些年，部分医学研究者提出应用腹腔镜胆囊切术术中应用丙泊酚复合盐酸瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉[1]。本次研究比较我院2019年6月-2020年6月76例应用七氟烷静脉复合吸入麻醉以及应用丙泊酚复合盐酸瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉效果。
