摘要：目的 探讨分析对肝炎肝硬化患者使用丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉对其围术期凝血功能造成的影响。方法 本次研究对象均为肝炎肝硬化患者，共计68例，收治时间范围介于2019年9月到2020年9月之间。按照数字表法对患者分组，其中34例设为参照组实施单纯丙泊酚麻醉，另外34例设为研究组联合七氟醚复合麻醉。观察两组的麻醉情况。结果 比较两组麻醉诱导结束时以及手术结束时的各项凝血功能指标，研究组均好于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组麻醉诱导结束时以及手术结束时的血压，研究组均低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，对肝炎肝硬化患者使用丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉的效果十分理想，不仅可以避免对患者的凝血功能造成不良影响，还可以使患者的生命体征维持在稳定的状态，有必要在临床上广泛应用。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of propofol and sevoflurane combined anesthesia on perioperative coagulation function in patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis. Methods the subjects of this study were all patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis，a total of 68 cases，the treatment time range was from September 2019 to September 2020. The patients were divided into two groups according to the number table method，34 cases were set as the reference group，and the other 34 cases were set as the study group combined with sevoflurane anesthesia. The anesthesia of the two groups was observed. Results compared with the two groups at the end of anesthesia induction and the end of operation，the coagulation function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group（P < 0.05）;The blood pressure at the end of anesthesia induction and operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the effect of propofol and sevoflurane combined anesthesia for patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis is very ideal，which can not only avoid adverse effects on the coagulation function of patients，but also maintain the vital signs of patients in a stable state，so it is necessary to be widely used in clinic.

肝硬化晚期病情重，預后差，内科治疗无效者，无手术禁忌症，需要通过手术的方式对患者进行治疗【1】。在对患者进行手术时，必然需要对患者使用合适的麻醉药物，才可以保障手术的有序进行【2】。然而，在对患者施术时，如果没有对患者使用合适的麻醉药物，将会导致患者的凝血功能受到极大的不良影响【3】。因此，本文旨在探讨分析对肝炎肝硬化患者使用丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉对其围术期凝血功能造成的影响。
