摘要：针对目前数控机床电气柜装配过程规范性和合理性不足的特点，建立了数控机床电气柜装配辅助平台。将各类数控系统的电气柜装配文件和工艺纸图分类导入辅助平台，提取其中所用的电气件和它的参数要求，放入数据表中;分析现有的电气技术规范标准，建立安装规范库和导线制件配线库。在电气柜装配过程，生产人员可通过辅助平台的步骤提示、配线规范示范、检验技术等信息，快速地完成电气柜装配，有效地提升电气柜的稳定性。

Abstract： Aiming at the lack of standardization and rationality in the assembly process of the electric cabinet of CNC machine tools， an auxiliary assembly platform for the electric cabinet of CNC machine tools was established.Import the electrical cabinet assembly documents and process paper drawings of various types of numerical control system into the auxiliary platform. extract the electrical parts used and their parameter requirements， and put them into the data table;Analyze the existing electrical technical specifications and standards， establish the installation specification library and wiring library of wire parts.In the assembly process of the electric cabinet， the production personnel can quickly complete the assembly of the electric cabinet and effectively improve the stability of the electric cabinet through the information such as step tips of the auxiliary platform， wiring specification demonstration， inspection technology and so on.

0  引言

数控机床电气柜是数控机床的重要的电气控制部分，是数控机床的机构部分与自动化控制部分连接的桥梁。电气柜在安装和生产过程中有许多技术要求和工艺规范，如电气元件的型号、规格和尺寸的选择、元气件的位置、导线截面积等，在电气设计图和工艺文件中均有体现。但在实际装配和生产过程中，缺少装配过程细节体现，如元气件之间走线先后顺序、每个线端子压线的标准操作和线束捆绑要求等细节工艺要求，没有办法通过图纸具体体现。很多时候由现场师傅手把手经验传授，导致不同厂家有不同的电气柜工艺和布线要求，不同型号的数控机床电气柜装配也不尽相同，给后期数控机床的维护和调试人员带有很大困惑。因此，设计可以帮助生产人员完成电气柜装配的辅助平台尤为重要。……
