摘要：目的 研究右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导在宫腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法 抽取2019年5月-2020年5月在我院进行宫腔镜手术治疗的患者60例，按照麻醉方法的区别分为参照组同实验组，各30例。参照组应用生理盐水泵注联合七氟烷吸入，实验组应用右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入。观察比较60例患者的麻醉指标、不良反应。结果 实验组各项麻醉指标显著优于参照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率低于参照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导的方案能够改善麻醉指标，减少不良反应，值得推广。

[Abstract]Objective To study the application effect of dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation induction in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 60 patients with hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the difference of anesthesia methods，30 cases in each group. The control group was given normal saline pump injection combined with sevoflurane inhalation，and the experimental group was given dexmedetomidine intravenous pump injection combined with sevoflurane inhalation. The anesthesia indexes and adverse reactions of 60 patients were observed and compared. Results the anesthesia indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group（P < 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation induction can improve the anesthesia index and reduce adverse reactions，which is worthy of promotion.

宫腔镜手术是当前临床常用的术式，其在诸多疾病的治疗中扮演着重要角色。而在宫腔镜手术于临床广泛应用的同时，麻醉方法的选择则备受临床关注。这中间，七氟烷属于临床较为理想的麻醉药物，但若要通过七氟烷达到理想的麻醉深度，临床就需要给予患者以高浓度的七氟烷。有研究指出【1】，高浓度的七氟烷会对患者的血流动力学指标造成影响。因而，在应用七氟烷的同时引入右美托咪定进行复合麻醉便成为一个理想的选择。鉴于此，此次研究将围绕着右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导在宫腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果进行论述，详细报道如下：
