摘要：目的 探讨分析将中医治疗与护理应用于脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎患者的效果。方法 本次研究对象均选自本院2018年03月-2018年12月期间收治的脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎患者共80例，根据双盲法对患者随机分组，设定其中40例为观察组并应用中医治疗与护理，其余40例作为对照组实施常规治疗和护理，开展本次对比研究，观察对两组的治疗与护理效果。结果 比较两组的治疗效果，研究组优于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组的护理满意度，研究组高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，将中医治疗与护理应用于脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎患者有着更为显著的效果，可以更好的控制患者的病情，增强对患者的护理效果，具有临床推广价值。

[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the effect of TCM treatment and nursing on patients with chronic nephritis of spleen kidney qi deficiency type. Methods a total of 80 patients with chronic nephritis of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type were selected from our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018. According to the double-blind method，the patients were randomly divided into observation group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases），The treatment and nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results the treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the reference group（P < 0.05）;The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing in patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency type of chronic nephritis has a more significant effect，can better control the patient's condition，enhance the nursing effect of patients，with clinical promotion value.

慢性腎炎通常指的是慢性肾小球肾炎，该病具有病程长、进展缓慢的特点【1】。针对该病临床主要是采用西医对症治疗和护理，主要是起到避免患者肾功能恶化以及预防并发症的作用，虽然可以起到延缓患者病情进展的作用，但是总体疗效并不是很理想【2】。因此，本文旨在探讨分析将中医治疗与护理应用于脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎患者的效果。

1  资料和方法
