摘要：目的 探讨冠心病心绞痛护理工作中应用临床护理路径的效果。方法 选取本院2019年5月到2020年5月期间收治的186例冠心病心绞痛患者进行研究，采用随机数字表法把其分成观察组和对照组，各93例，对照组采用常规的护理方法，观察组在常规护理的基础上加入临床护理路径，并对两组的临床护理效果。结果 观察组心绞痛持续发作时间、住院费用、住院时间等方面显著低于对照组，在SDS评分、SAS评分等不良情绪评分显著的比对照组低，两组存在较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在对冠心病心绞痛患者进行护理的过程中，在常规护理的基础上加入临床护理路径，能够有效的降低患者的心绞痛持续发作时间、住院费用、住院时间，能显著的患者患者的焦躁、抑郁等不良情绪，能够促使患者尽快恢复，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Objective to explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 186 patients with angina pectoris were selected from May 2019 to may 2020. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method，93 cases were each. The control group adopted the routine nursing method. The observation group added the clinical nursing path on the basis of routine nursing，and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was also studied. Results the duration of angina，hospitalization cost and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group，and the scores of adverse emotions such as SDS score and SAS score were significantly lower than those in the control group，and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the process of nursing patients with coronary heart disease and angina，the clinical nursing path can effectively reduce the duration of angina，hospitalization cost and hospitalization time，and can significantly reduce the patients' anxiety，depression and other bad emotions，and can promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible，which is worth promoting and applying in clinical.

冠心病属于一种慢性心血管疾病，具有发病率高的特点，大多发生在老年群体，复发率很高，心绞痛、心力衰竭以及心律失常等是该病临床中的主要症状，对患者的身心健康甚至是生命安全都有着重大的威胁。肥胖、糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化以及高血压等对该病有着直接的影响【1】。一旦冠心病心绞痛病发，要及时入院治疗，对病情进行有效的控制，不然很可能出现猝死情况。为了取得更好的治疗效果还需要在治疗过程中融入有效的护理干预，尽量避免以为患者的心理波动导致病情加剧。……
