摘要：目的 分析宫外孕腹腔镜手术患者采取个性化细节护理干预对心理状态及预后的影响。方法 选取我院2019年1月-2020年12月腹腔镜手术治疗的宫外孕患者70例进行研究，按照随机单盲法分组，每组35例，对照组为常规护理，观察组为个性化细节护理干预，分析效果。结果 护理后，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，观察组并发症例数少于对照组，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 个性化细节护理干预对宫外孕腹腔镜手术患者的积极影响明显，减轻负面情绪，改善预后，要重视。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of individualized detail nursing intervention on psychological status and prognosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods 70 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given personalized detail nursing intervention. Results after nursing，the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the number of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group，with statistical significance（P < 0.05）. Conclusion individualized detail nursing intervention has a significant positive effect on patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery，which should be paid attention to to to reduce negative emotions and improve prognosis.

宫外孕是妇科的常见疾病，为异位妊娠，该疾病为受精卵着床子宫外，并不断发育，导致这一情况出现的原因与输卵管管腔或周围的炎症存在关系，增加输卵管妊娠的发生率，随着妊娠时间的延长，出现流产或者破裂等情况。宫外孕对患者的生命产生的影响比较大，容易出现大出血等，危及到患者的生命。所以对于该疾病需要及时治疗，腹腔镜手术是主要治疗方法，在治疗中，给予患者相应的护理服务，能实现患者身体状况的改善，减少不良事件的出现，对患者的心理实现改善，减轻心理负担，加快患者的康复进度，改善患者的预后[1]。基于此，本次实验论述个性化细节护理干预对宫外孕腹腔镜手术患者的影响，具体如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料
