摘要：目的 探讨分析在门诊分诊中融入优质护理的效果。方法 选取我院门诊分诊的400例患者进行此次研究，按照优质护理实行前后顺序对患者进行分组，其中实施优质护理前的200例作为参照组，2019年12月到2020年12月期间实行优质护理后的200例作为研究组，观察对两组的护理效果。结果 比较两组的投诉率以及纠纷发生率，研究组低于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组的护理质量评分，研究组高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，在门诊分诊中融入优质护理有着十分确切的效果，可以有效丰富对患者的护理服务内容，提高对患者的服务质量，这样就能够避免出现纠纷以及投诉问题，提高患者的满意度，具有推广价值。

[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the effect of integrating high quality nursing into outpatient triage. Methods 400 cases of outpatients in our hospital were selected for this study. According to the order before and after the implementation of high-quality nursing，the patients were divided into two groups，200 cases before the implementation of high-quality nursing as the reference group，and 200 cases after the implementation of high-quality nursing from December 2019 to December 2020 as the research group. Results the complaint rate and dispute rate of the two groups were lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）;The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the integration of high-quality nursing in outpatient triage has a very exact effect，which can effectively enrich the content of nursing service for patients，improve the quality of service for patients，so as to avoid disputes and complaints，improve patient satisfaction，and has promotion value.

門诊作为医院接待患者的关键科室，主要负责对患者的分诊工作，对患者的服务质量将会直接关系到医院的声誉【1】。然而，由于门诊的工作量较大，每天需要接待的患者较多，这就导致门诊很容易会出现医患纠纷问题。为了能够更好的满足患者的护理需求，就需要对患者采取有效的护理服务，提高对患者的服务质量，才可以有效保障医院的健康发展。因此，本文旨在探讨分析在门诊分诊中融入优质护理的效果。

1  资料和方法
