摘要：随着我国科学技术的不断发展，自动控制装置在各种工业的生产过程中被广泛运用，其中PLC就是一种常用的自动控制装置。在西门子控制产品的生产发展过程中，其PLC技术已经非常成熟，改变了该行业的生产发展方式，给该行业带来了更大的经济利润及社会效益。为了在各行各业中普及PLC技术，本文就针对西门子PLC的具体应用展开了深入的分析与探讨，对其在具体应用过程中所遇到的干扰问题及相关的解决措施进行了相关的研究，希望给有关的工业行业提供一点启示，促进自动化技术在我国工业中的发展。

Abstract： With the continuous development of science and technology in China， automatic control devices are widely used in the production process of various industries， among which PLC is a kind of automatic control device. In the development process of Siemens， PLC technology has been very mature and changed. The production and development methods of this industry have brought greater economic profits and social benefits to the industry. In order to popularize PLC technology in all walks of life， this article has launched an in-depth analysis and discussion on the specific application of Siemens PLC. Related research work has been carried out on the problems arising in the specific application process and the related solutions， hoping to provide some enlightenment to related industries and promote the development of automation technology in China's industry.

0  引言

随着现代信息技术的快速发展，计算机技术在各行各业都有了较为深入的应用，可以说现阶段我国的工业生产离不开计算机技术的支持。就目前来看，在工业生产中为了能够提高生产效率需要大量使用自动化和数控技术，而西门子PLC就是一类可以较好满足现阶段我国工业生产应用需求的控制设备，西门子PLC的应用可以有效的提高生产效率，降低工业生产成本，是当前各企业提高自身产品质量和核心竞争力的重要设备之一，本文就针对于西门子PLC的应用及其干扰进行分析。
