摘要：目的 研究沟通方法运用于静脉采血护理中的效果。方法 选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的158例静脉采血患者进行研究，采用电脑随机编号法把其分成观察B组和对照A组，各79例，对照A组采用常规护理方法，观察B组在常规护理的基础上加入沟通方法，并对两组的临床护理效果和护理满意度进行比较。结果 观察B组晕针、紧张、淤肿等不良反应的发生率显著的比对照A组的低，所获得的护理满意度显著的比对照A组的高，两组存在较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中使用常规护理手段对静脉采血患者提供护理服务的过程中加入合理有效的沟通方法，能够有效的降低患者出现晕针、紧张、淤肿等不良反应的几率，能够让患者对护理服务更加的满意，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of communication method in nursing of venous blood collection. Methods 158 cases of venous blood collection patients in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group B and control group A with 79 cases in each group. The control group A was given routine nursing method，and the observation group B was given communication method on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results the incidence of adverse reactions such as needle syncope，tension and swelling in group B was significantly lower than that in group A，and the nursing satisfaction in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. There was a big difference between the two groups，with statistical significance（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the clinical use of routine nursing care for patients with venous blood collection in the process of providing nursing services，adding reasonable and effective communication methods can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as needle syncope，tension and swelling，and make patients more satisfied with nursing services，which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

静脉采血的一个主要特点是侵入性，因此，绝大部分患者在接受静脉采血的过程中都会出现紧张、恐惧、眩晕等不良反应，另外，还有很多的患者在采血后，不会进行自我护理，不具备基础的医疗知识，造成创口感染，不利于后续开展静脉采血的工作【1】。随着我国医疗水平的提升，人文關怀的作用越来越重要，由此也提高了对护理人员综合素质的要求，患者对护理服务的水平和质量也提出了更高的要求。本研究选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的158例静脉采血患者作为研究对象，研究沟通方法运用于静脉采血护理中的效果，取得显著的效果，现报告如下。……
