摘要：目的 分析连续护理模式在胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中的应用价值。方法 选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的168例胫骨平台骨折患者进行研究，采用电脑随机编号法把其分成观察B组和对照A组，各84例，对照A组采用常规外科护理方法，观察B组在常规外科护理的基础上加入连续护理模式，并对两组的护理效果和并发症发生情况进行比较。结果 观察B组疼痛、屈曲能力、行走能力等Lysholm 评分均明显比对照A组的高，并发症总发生率明显的没有对照A组的高，两组存在较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在对行手术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者采用常规外科护理方法进行护理的过程中，加入连续护理模式，能够显著的帮助患者改善术后疼痛情况，能够帮助更好的恢复屈曲能力和行走能力等，能够有效的降低并发症的发生幾率，值得在临床上进行大范围的推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application value of continuous nursing mode in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with tibial plateau fracture. Methods 168 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group B and control group A with 84 cases in each group. The control group A was given conventional surgical nursing，and the observation group B was given continuous nursing on the basis of conventional surgical nursing，The nursing effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results the Lysholm scores of pain，flexion ability and walking ability in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. the total incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A. There was significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the process of using conventional surgical nursing methods for patients with tibial plateau fracture undergoing surgery，adding continuous nursing mode can significantly help patients improve postoperative pain，help better recover flexion ability and walking ability，and effectively reduce the incidence of complications，It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.

胫骨和股骨下端相接触的平面就是临床中所说的胫骨平台，是人体膝关节的一个主要负重结构【1】。手术是临床中使用最多的治疗胫骨平台骨折疾病的方法，由于胫骨平台四周结构具有复杂性，极易出现复合伤【2】。因此，需要采用连续护理模式把对胫骨平台骨折患者的护理服务从医院延续到家庭。本研究选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的168例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象，分析连续护理模式在胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中的应用价值，取得显著的效果，现报告如下。……
