摘要：目的 研究在临床医院检验中提升质量控制的因素以及策略。方法 将本院自2019年10月～2020年10月检验的158例患者检验样本当研究对象，找到质量降低的原因，并提出提升质量控制的策略。结果 158例样本当中67例样本出现了错误，其中包含准备阶段（35例，52.24%）、采集阶段（13例，19.40%）、处理阶段（10例，14.93%）和没有合理使用设备（9例，13.43%）中导致差错的出现。结论 为了可以将临床医学检验的质量提升，需要明确导致质量降低的因素，在实操中使用合理的方式避免误差的出现，提升检验结果的准确性，让患者得到有效治疗。

Objective to study the factors and Strategies of improving quality control in clinical hospital examination. Methods 158 patients from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the subjects to find out the reasons for the quality reduction and put forward the strategies to improve the quality control. Results 67 of 158 samples were wrong，including the preparation stage（35 cases，52.24%），collection stage（13 cases，19.40%），processing stage（10 cases，14.93%），and unreasonable use of equipment（9 cases，13.43%）. Conclusion in order to improve the quality of clinical medical examination，we need to make clear the factors that lead to the quality reduction，use reasonable methods to avoid the error in practice，improve the accuracy of the test results and make the patients get effective treatment.

对于患者来说，临床医学检验结果的准确性决定着是否可以对自身疾病准确地判断，而临床医生也会根据实际检验结果为患者制定合理的方式进行治疗，所以将其质量提升和控制有着较为重要的意义【1】。但是在临床医学检验中，检验结果会受到多种因素的影响，想要进一步提升准确率，需要分析影响质量提升的因素，并找到有效地解决措施帮助检验降低误差的出现，确保结果准确性。基于此，本院对在临床医院检验中提升质量控制的因素以及策略进行了研究，报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

将本本院自2019年10月～2020年10月检验的158例患者检验样本当研究对象。男性和女性患者的数量为89例和69例，年龄20～73岁，平均（46.52±5.74）岁。所有患者具有完整的临床资料，签署了知情同意书。

对所有患者的资料进行分析，找到检验质量降低的原因，并提出提升质量控制的策略。……
