摘要：目的：分析快速康复理念在提高手术室护理质量中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取的74例采取腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗患者进行研究，时间为2019年6月-2020年5月，以随机数字表法分组，各37例，对照组以常规手术室护理，观察组实施快速康复理念指导的手术室护理。对比分析护理效果。 结果 观察组患者术后排气时间较对照组早，住院时间较对照组短，并发症发生率2.7%较对照组的16.2%低（P<0.05）。结论 对实施手术治疗的患者采取快速康复理念指导，可提升手术预后，保证患者尽早康复，并保证患者预后安全性。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in improving the quality of nursing in the operating room. Methods A randomized study of 74 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy was conducted from June 2019 to May 2020. They were grouped by random number table， with 37 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room care， and the observation group Implement operating room care guided by the concept of rapid recovery. Comparative analysis of nursing effects. Results The postoperative exhaust time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group， and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group. The complication rate was 2.7% lower than that of the control group 16.2% （P<0.05）. Conclusion Adopting the concept of rapid rehabilitation for patients undergoing surgical treatment can improve the prognosis of the operation， ensure that the patient recovers as soon as possible， and ensure the safety of the patient's prognosis.

随着临床诊疗技术的不断发展，实施手术治疗患者，从对手术治疗效果的关注，逐渐提升到术后康复层面[1]。针对患者这一需求，本次研究将快速康复理念应用在手术室护理中，目的是在提升患者手术治疗效果及安全性的同时，提高其术后康复效果。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机抽取的74例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗患者进行研究，时间为2019年6月-2020年5月，以随机数字表法分组，各37例，观察组，男20例，女17例，年龄24-70岁，平均（53.6±3.7）岁。对照组，男19例，女18例，年龄26-68岁，平均（52.9±4.1）岁。分组资料，具有同质性（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组

对照组采取常规手术室护理，包括进行术前健康教育，指导患者术前12h禁食禁水，做好清洁消毒准备等;手术中实施良好的护理配合，尽量缩短手术时间;术后对患者生命体征进行关注，观察病情变化，做好并发症的观察及术后康复指导等。……
