摘要：所谓工艺可靠性就是要求机械制造出的设备必须与图纸保持一致，各项标准都要符合工艺参数。但是在实际的调查了解中，很多机械制造的产品并不是按照工艺制造的，往往会受到某些因素的影响，机械企业需要对此进行严格的把控，对所有影响因素进行分析，提出相应的措施才能避免机械制造工业可靠性出现问题。本篇文章也是以此为切入点，详细探讨一下机械制造工艺可靠性的具体内容，从而为后续进一步提升我国机械制造业水平提供一定的理论基础。

Abstract： The so-called process reliability requires that the equipment manufactured by machinery must be consistent with the drawings， and all standards should conform to the process parameters. However， in the actual investigation and understanding， many products manufactured by machinery are not manufactured according to the process， and are often affected by some factors. Mechanical enterprises need to strictly control this and analyze all the influencing factors. Put forward the corresponding measures to avoid mechanical manufacturing industry reliability problems. This article also takes this as the breakthrough point， discusses the concrete content of the mechanical manufacturing process reliability in detail， thus provides the certain reason for the further promotion our country machinery manufacturing industry level On the basis.

0  引言

我國正在经历着前所未有之大变革，工业发展速度非常的迅速，各行各业都在高速前进，作为工业发展的基础——机械制造业的发展也是很快的。对于机械制造业来说，机械制造工业必须确保它的可靠性，如果不能确保机械制造业的可靠性，机械制造的产品就会出现很大的问题。基于机械制造的可靠性，企业需要机械制造工艺比较高，不但要满足产品的质量，更要满足产品的产量，只有机械制造业更加的精细，更加的规范，才能满足机械制造加工业的要求。就目前来看，我国的机械行业还是缺乏相应的标准，在工艺方面也是存在一定的问题，改善空间比较大，因此，本篇文章将针对机械制造工业的可靠性进行详细的探讨，对可以提升机械制造施工工艺可靠性的措施进行研究，为我国提升机械施工工艺可靠性提供借鉴。……
