摘要：目的 分析妊娠高血压患者产后出血应用米索前列醇与硫酸镁联合治疗效果，并分析治疗方案对妊娠结局的影响。方法 本次研究对象85例，选自本院妊娠高血压产后出血产妇，计算机随即分入对照组和观察组。对照组42例单独产前应用硫酸镁治疗，观察组43例在产前使用硫酸镁同时分娩后阴道给予米索前列醇治疗，对比两组临床效果及妊娠结局。结果 观察组治疗后30min及2h出血量均低于对照组（P<0.05），两组产妇和胎儿均未发生不良妊娠结局。结论 妊娠高血压患者产后出血应用米索前列醇与硫酸镁联合治疗效果理想，有助于改善妊娠结局，应用价值理想值得推荐。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension，and to analyze the influence of treatment scheme on pregnancy outcome. Methods 85 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 42 cases in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate alone，while 43 cases in the observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate before delivery and misoprostol after delivery. The clinical effect and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results the amount of bleeding 30 minutes and 2 hours after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. There was no adverse pregnancy outcome in both groups. Conclusion the effect of misoprostol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension is ideal，which is helpful to improve the pregnancy outcome，and the application value is ideal，which is worthy of recommendation.

妊娠高血壓为常见妊娠期并发症，疾病进行性发展，可导致不良母婴结局。产妇顺利娩出胎儿后，利用专业方法测算24小时内出血量超过500mL，或是分娩后2h出血量高于400mL，可确定发生产后出血，产后出血是导致产妇死亡的主要诱因【1-2】。妊娠高血压为产后出血的高危影响因素，发生产后出血需给予切实有效地治疗，避免影响母婴健康【3】。本次研究将本院收治妊娠高血压患者产后出血应用米索前列醇与硫酸镁联合治疗，重点观察其临床效果及妊娠结局。报道如下：
