【摘要】目的：探讨白内障日间手术的护理体会。方法：对2019年1月至2020年9月在我院眼科800例白内障患者行日间手术进行分析，并与对照组采用传统治疗护理进行比较，从住院时间、费用、患者满意度、术后效果等多方面进行比较。结果：800例日间手术的白内障患者组与常规住院治疗组对比，缩短了住院时间，降低了住院费用，减轻了医护工作压力，提高了患者满意度。结论：白内障日间手术的日益完善与推广，可有效地提高护理質量、减轻护士压力、缩短住院时间、减少患者负担、增加患者满意度，实现了医院与患者之间互利共赢的目的。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the nursing experience of cataract daytime operation. Methods：  the day operation of 800 patients with cataract in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 was analyzed， and compared with the traditional treatment nursing in the control group，from the hospitalization time， cost， patient satisfaction， postoperative effect and so on. Results： Compared with the routine hospitalization treatment group， 800 cases of cataract patients with daytime operation shortened the hospitalization time， reduced the hospitalization expenses， reduced the pressure of medical work， and improved the satisfaction of patients.Conclusion： The improvement and popularization of daytime cataract surgery mode can effectively improve nursing quality， relieve the nurses pressure ，shorten the operation time， reduce the patients'treatment burden，increase the patients'satisfactionand achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win between hospitals and patients.

日间手术，亦称非住院手术，是指患者在1个工作日内完成手术及相关治疗并出院（不包括在诊所或门诊进行的手术或操作）[1]。白内障是眼科常见致盲疾病，其治疗方法主要是靠手术治疗。当前随着手术设备和手术方法、技巧的不断进步，一般常规白内障手术病人术后第二天即可恢复不错的视功能，且术后处理相对简便，符合行日间手术的要求。我院自2018年开始将日间手术模式引入到白内障的治疗中，取得了不错的成效，试总结如下。

1 资料和方法

2019年1月至2020年9月我院共完成白内障超声乳化吸出、人工晶体植入术日间手术800例，其中男：460例，女：340例，年龄在50-82岁之间，对照组600例为常规住院手术，其中男：350例，女：250例，年龄在65-91岁之间。

2 方法

2.1入院前护理

2.1.1 首先向准备行日间手术的患者及家属，介绍白内障日间手术治疗的方式和流程等，让其了解与常规住院方式的不同，以便更好地配合治疗。……
