【摘要】目的：分析口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床治疗效果。方法：对我院2019年2月～2020年6月间收治到的54例先天性缺牙患者进行入院编码，其中1～27号患者纳入对照组，行常规正畸治疗;28～54号患者纳入观察组，行正畸+口腔修复治疗。评估两组患者治疗前后咀嚼与语言功能，调查两组患者满意度与生活质量，对比分析疗效。结果：对比治疗前的咀嚼功能与语言功能，提示两组间差异不明显（P>0.05），对比治疗后的咀嚼功能与语言功能，提示观察组优于对照组，差异明显（P<0.05）;对比患者满意度与生活质量评分，也提示观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于先天性缺牙病症，临床积极实施口腔修复治疗，对提高机体咀嚼功能与语言功能具有重要作用，让患者更加满意治疗效果，提高患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of oral repair in the treatment of congenital tooth defect. Methods：54 patients with congenital tooth defects admitted in our hospital from February ～2019 to June 2020 were admitted to hospital. Among them ，1～27 were included in the control group， and 28～54 patients were included in the observation group. Orthodontic oral repair was performed. To evaluate chewing and language function before and after treatment， to investigate the satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups， and to compare and analyze the curative effect. Results： Compared with masticatory function and language function before treatment， the difference between the two groups was not obvious （P>0.05）， compared with treatment The masticatory function and language function after treatment showed that the observation group was better than the control group （P<0.05）， and the difference between patient satisfaction and quality of life was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： for congenital tooth defect， clinical active oral repair treatment plays an important role in improving masticatory function and language function， making patients more satisfied with the treatment effect and improving the quality of life of patients.

先天性缺牙在目前口腔科室中較为常见，是一种机体发育异常的疾病类型，主要缺失牙齿在下颌第二前磨牙、上颌侧切牙、上颌第二前磨牙等，严重影响患者的正常咀嚼功能，甚至易引起语言功能性障碍，降低患者的生活质量[1]。目前，我国国民生活水平显著提升，人们越发关注自身牙齿与面部的美观度，使得先天性缺牙合理治疗备受关注。故本文尝试用口腔修复治疗2019年2月～2020年6月我院收治的先天性缺牙患者，取得理想效果。报道如下。
