【摘要】目的：探究慢性肾病患者护理中采用优质护理的作用及效果，以此为临床护理工作的优化提供引导。方法：本研究过程中纳入的分析对象均为我院收治的慢性肾病患者，共计80例，研究时间为2020年2月至2021年2月，为了深入探析优势护理的应用效果，本次使用对比的研究方式，根据计算机随机分组的方法将患者分为2组，其中40例患者采用常规护理方式划分为参照组，另外40例患者采用优质护理模式划分为研究组，不同方法应用后观察和分析患者的临床情况，并记录护理期间的相关数据，主要包括临床相关指标、护理效果等数据，将以上数据记录后进行比较。结果：研究组接受优质护理后，无论是生活质量评分，还是血红蛋白、白蛋白均优于参照组，差异明显有统计学意义（P <0.05）。97.5%（39/40）、82.5%（33/40），前者为研究组护理的效果，后者为参照组护理效果，相比后者处于明显劣势，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：在慢性肾病患者护理中采用优质护理，能够有效地改善患者的临床状况，并促进护理效果的提升，可在今后护理中大力推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the role and effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease， so as to provide guidance for the optimization of clinical nursing work. Methods： 80 patients with chronic kidney disease in our hospital were included in this study. The study started in February 2020 and ended in February 2021. In order to further explore the application effect of superior nursing， the patients were divided into two groups according to the method of computer random grouping， in which 40 patients were treated with conventional nursing The other 40 patients were divided into the study group by high-quality nursing mode. After the application of different methods， the clinical conditions of patients were observed and analyzed， and the relevant data during the nursing period were recorded， mainly including： clinical related indicators， nursing effect and other data. The above data were recorded and compared.Results： after receiving high-quality nursing， the scores of quality of life， hemoglobin and albumin in the study group were better than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P  < 0.05）. 97.5% （39 / 40） and 82.5% （33 / 40）. The former was the effect of nursing in the study group， while the latter was the effect of nursing in the reference group. Compared with the latter， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease can effectively improve the clinical situation of patients， and promote the improvement of nursing effect， which can be vigorously promoted and applied in the future nursing.

為了深入分析慢性肾病患者护理中采用优质护理的作用及效果，本研究选择部分患者进行分析，采用不同护理方法分组对比的研究方式，作出如下汇报。

1  资料与方法

1.1一般资料
