摘要：目的：探究在手术室护理中应用精细化管理后对其护理质量及手术效率的影响效果。方法2018年12月至2020年12月，随机抽取我院收治的100例手术患者，应用等量数字随机方式分为实验组（n=50）和常规组（n=50），分别给予精细化管理和常规管理，对比两组手术室护理质量及手术效率。结果实验组的手术室护理质量评分高于常规组，且手术准备、接送、治疗时间较短，P<0.05。 结论精细化管理的实施在手术室护理中效果显著，具有一定的应用和推广价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of applying refined management in operating room nursing on its nursing quality and operation efficiency. Methods From December 2018 to December 2020， 100 surgical patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected， and they were randomly divided into experimental group （n=50） and routine group （n=50） using equal numbers. Management and routine management to compare the quality of care and operation efficiency in the operating room between the two groups. Results The operating room nursing quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group， and the operation preparation， transportation， and treatment time were shorter， P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of refined management has significant effects in operating room nursing， and has certain application and promotion value.

手术室是手术患者治疗的重要场所，不仅关乎着患者的手术治疗效果，同时还影响着其生命安全[1]。因此，本次研究中将针对在手术室护理中应用精细化管理后的护理质量及手术效率进行探究，内容如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

本次研究对象为2018年12月至2020年12月期间收治的100例手术患者，应用等量数字随机方式分组;常规组50例中，男性：男性=23：27;年龄（46.5±1.2）岁;实验组50例中，男性：男性=24：26;年龄（46.0±1.5）岁。两组患者的分组情况均经本院相关伦理委员会批准且基数资料组成对比，P>0.05，具有可比性。

1.2方法

常规组实施环境护理、流程护理等常规手术室管理。实验组则在常规组护理基础上实施精细化管理，主要内容包括（1）手术前：精细化管理小组组长在接到患者手术安排后，组织具有丰富经验的管理人员共同商讨制定精细化管理措施，提前安排好手术室过程中所需要的手术器械和工具，并统一进行器械清点和消毒工作，确保手术用品的保质期，并做好术中急救措施准备。……
