摘要：在建设建筑工程时，常常会遇到各种各样的施工条件，而地基基础的状况对建筑的质量和安全都有着十分重要的影响，所以要求施工单位以及技术人员做好地基基础的处理，运用科学合理的桩基础施工技术，保证地基的稳定与安全。本文主要对桩基础施工技术进行了概述，并分析了建筑地基和桩基基础施工的难点以及施工中涉及的地基基础和桩基基础施工技术。

Abstract： In the construction of construction projects， often encounter a variety of construction conditions， and the condition of the foundation has a very important impact on the quality and safety of the building， so the construction unit and technical personnel are required to do a good job in the treatment of the foundation， the use of scientific and reasonable pile foundation construction technology， to ensure the stability and safety of the foundation. This paper mainly summarizes the construction technology of pile foundation， and analyzes the construction difficulties of building foundation and pile foundation， as well as the construction technology of foundation and pile foundation involved in the construction.

一、前言

建筑工程要想保證其自身具有良好的稳定性、承载力就必须做好基础工作[1]。随着我国的土地资源越来越紧张，为了高效的利用土地资源，建筑的高度越来越高，而且地形和气候都发生了很大的变化，这给地基基础的施工和桩基础的施工都带来了很大的影响，为了面对这种问题，就需要不断提高施工的水平，运用先进的施工工艺，提高施工的质量，保证地基基础的质量和安全。

二、桩基础施工技术的概述

随着我国建筑行业的发展，很多新的打桩技术被应用到现代建筑中，在桩基施工方面，大部分的桩基都会暴露在地面之上，其他的部分埋在地下。桩基础是一种历史悠久的打桩技术，经过了长时间的发展，从桩基础的材料、壮行、施工机械以及施工的方法上面都进行了很大程度的改进[2]。利用桩基础进行建筑工程地基的建设具有很大的优势。
