摘 要：目前，在城市整体规划和建设的过程中，给排水工程在其中发挥着重要的作用，当下对于建筑给排水工程施工质量的控制越来越重要。然而，当下的建筑工程项目建设中对于给排水工程施工质量的影响因素比较多，若是没有对这些影响因素进行科学的管控必然会影响整个建筑项目的施工质量，所以必须得到建筑工程施工管理单位的高度重视。对此，本文结合建筑给排水施工中存在的质量问题对质量控制措施进行了探究，旨在提升建筑工程的整体建设水平。

Abstract： At present， in the process of urban overall planning and construction， water supply and drainage engineering plays an important role. At present， the control of construction quality of building water supply and drainage engineering is more and more important. However， in the current construction project construction， there are many factors affecting the construction quality of water supply and drainage engineering. If there is no scientific management and control of these factors， it will inevitably affect the construction quality of the whole construction project， so it must be highly valued by the construction management unit of construction engineering. In this regard， combined with the quality problems existing in the construction of water supply and drainage， this paper explores the quality control measures， aiming at improving the overall construction level of construction engineering.

一、前言

基于城市化建設的推进，我国各方面都有了一定的改观，其中城市建筑项目的数量、规模都在不断地扩大，建筑行业的发展水平在不断地提升[1]。从建筑项目建设的角度分析来看，控制建筑工程施工质量则是一个非常关键的问题，其中建筑给排水工程作为建筑工程的重要构成要素，控制建筑给排水施工质量对于建筑工程的施工质量以及后期功能的正常发挥都有着重要的意义[2]。因此，在建筑给排水工程施工阶段则需要严格要求施工人员按照施工图纸进行操作，对各个环节的施工质量进行严格管控，确保建筑工程施工质量符合国家相关标准。

二、建筑给排水工程施工常见的质量问题

（一）管道渗漏

从建筑给排水工程常见的质量问题来看，管道渗漏则是最为常见的问题，从目前归纳的引起管道渗漏的原因分析来看，其主要受到管材质量、环境、施工等因素的影响[3]。……
