摘要：施工安全是机械发展的重要核心，其不仅关系施工人员的生命安全及财产安全，还关系施工企业未来的发展方向以及工程施工的质量，因此，要重视施工机械的安全管理。根据建筑施工的实际情况建立安全管理制度，不断加强施工机械安全管理工作，并且将施工责任落实到个人，注重细节确保机械设备的正常运转。所以，本文根据建筑施工机械设备的安全管理进行深入分析。

Abstract： Construction safety is an important core of machinery development， which is not only related to the life safety and property safety of construction personnel， but also related to the future development direction of construction enterprises and the quality of engineering construction， so we should pay attention to the safety management of construction machinery. According to the actual situation of construction， we should establish safety management system， constantly strengthen the safety management of construction machinery， implement the construction responsibility to individuals， and pay attention to the details to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore， this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the safety management of construction machinery and equipment.

一、前言

隨着机械工程发展的进程不断变快，施工机械化设备已经成为施工现场中不可缺少的重要设备，由于机械工程的规模不断扩大，表现其在建筑施工中占据重要地位，其中产品质量以及安全性能的好坏可以直接影响施工安全的生产[1]。但是就目前的情况而言，施工现场应用到的机械设备的质量存在诸多问题，导致施工现场使用的机械设备出现严重的安全隐患，甚至造成重大安全事故的发生[2]。因此，不仅要加强机械设备的安全管理，同时也要降低机械设备出现的事故，保障施工人员的人身安全，使得建筑行业的经济效益不断提升。

二、建筑机械施工安全管理工作中存在的问题

（一）安全施工制度不健全

当前，建筑施工在我国企业当中占据的比例相对较大，但由于建筑施工企业环境十分复杂，且建筑施工人员的数量不断减少，使得建筑施工安全管理制度无法正常实施，再加上施工企业中安全设备不够齐全，而且安全管理部门的工作人员身兼数职，导致安全管理部门的工作人员无法集中精力，甚至直接影响建筑工程的施工管理[3]。……
