摘要：结构加固技术属于一种十分关键的房屋建造技术，此项技术拥有着较高的技术性，对于我国房屋建筑质量的提升来说也体现着重要的作用，拥有着较为深远的研究意义。对如今建筑产业的实际发展情况进行分析可知，房屋内部的建筑结构和以往对比而言也出现了较大的改变，所以对房屋建筑进行一定的加固确实是整个行业的实际需求，还是建筑产业不断发展的新方向。基于此，笔者将结合自己的经验，就房屋建筑结构加固技术及施工技术要点进行分析，希望可以为相关人士提供一些参考和帮助。

Abstract： Structural reinforcement technology is a very key housing construction technology， which has a high technical， for the improvement of China’s housing construction quality also reflects an important role， has a more far-reaching research significance. Based on the analysis of the actual development of the construction industry， it can be seen that the building structure inside the house has also changed greatly compared with the past， so it is the actual demand of the whole industry to reinforce the building construction to a certain extent， or the new direction of the continuous development of the construction industry. Based on this， the author will analyze the key points of building structure reinforcement technology and construction technology combined with his own experience， hoping to provide some reference and help for relevant people.

一、前言

隨着社会的不断发展，广大民众的居住场地和居住环境也出现了较大的变化，确实在某种程度上满足所有民众的居住需求。在城市化建设速度日益加快的大环境下，房屋建筑的质量也越来越高[1]。而房屋建筑本身的结构强度则是确保房屋建筑有着良好质量的基础[2]。如今时期，民众越加注重房屋建造的舒适性和美观性，这就导致房屋建筑结构变得越来越复杂，所以建筑公司就一定要保障自己应用的施工技术可以满足具体的需求，对房屋建筑结构做好有效的加固处理，以此来让整个房屋建筑项目有着良好的安全性，为广大民众打造一个更加优质的生活环境。

二、房屋建筑结构加固施工的重要性
