摘要：目的 观察手法点穴配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 随机选择本院2019年11月-2021年02月的腰椎间盘突出症患者68例展开研究，并将其分为观察组和参照组，分别实行联合治疗和单一治疗，比较治疗成效。结果 观察组的组IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于参照组;对比参照组，观察组的疼痛评分及腰部功能评分较低（P<0.05）。结论 对于腰椎间盘突出症患者，手法点穴和温针灸的实行，可以有效改善患者的IL-1β、TNF-α水平，能够强化患者的腰部功能，效果明显。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of manipulation point pressing combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 68 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the reference group. The combined treatment and single treatment were implemented respectively，and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results the level of IL-1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group β、TNF- α The levels were lower than those of the control group;Compared with the control group，the pain score and lumbar function score of the observation group were lower（P < 0.05）. Conclusion for patients with lumbar disc herniation，the implementation of manual acupoint pressing and warm acupuncture can effectively improve the IL-1 level of patients β、TNF- α Level，can strengthen the patient's waist function，the effect is obvious.

最近几年，腰椎间盘突出症发生率越来越高，其主要是由于腰椎间盘退行性改变、外力因素所引起的髓核组织突出、纤维环破裂，脊神经根受到压迫后则会产生放射痛、肢体麻木以及腰痛等症状，对患者的日常生活带来了一定影响【1】。以往西医治疗中，一般都是对患者实行手术及非手术治疗，但是其治疗效果并不明显。有研究发现【2】，中医推拿、针灸、按摩等中医疗法有着其特殊的优势，并且治疗效果明显。本文旨在观察手法点穴配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，见下文。

1 资料和方法

1.1.一般资料

随机选择本院2019年11月-2021年02月的腰椎间盘突出症患者68例展开研究，并将其分为两组，各34例。参照组男20例，女14例，平均年龄为（45.02±2.36）岁，观察组男19例，女15例，平均年龄为（45.16±2.13）歲。两组一般资料无明显差异（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

该组实行温针灸治疗。选择取腰部双侧夹命门、脊穴、肾俞、环跳、次髎等穴位作为主穴，对于肢体疼痛患者则对其疼痛部位进行按摩并选择承山、阳陵泉、昆仑以及委中等穴位。……
