【摘要】目的 了解2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间广州市志愿者参与防疫志愿服务意愿并分析其影响因素。方法 随机抽取广州市各志愿服务总队569名志愿者，利用自行設计的调查问卷进行调查，调查内容包括：志愿者基本情况、参与防疫服务类别、参与原因、满意度及主办方提供的志愿者保障情况等，并使用SPSS 17.0对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 569名志愿者中，有285名有参与2020年新冠肺炎疫情防控志愿服务相关活动，284名未参与疫情防控志愿服务相关活动;愿意参加疫情防控志愿服务的主要原因包括：尽绵薄之力抗击疫情、在紧张的工作和生活之余做有意义的事等;未参加的主要原因包括：疫情防控宅家中就是为国家做贡献、未看到志愿防疫活动招募信息、工作任务重等。回归分析结果显示，志愿者的学历、职业、志愿服务总时长、对新冠肺炎知识了解程度是影响参与防疫志愿服务的因素（P<0.05）。结论 广州市志愿者参与防疫志愿服务的意愿较为积极，以国家利益为重，注重自我价值的实现;志愿者自身的专业经验影响其参与防疫志愿服务的意愿;主办方提供防疫志愿服务保障情况直接影响志愿者对活动的整体满意度。

【Abstract】Objective To understand the willingness of volunteers to participate in epidemic prevention volunteer service during COVID-19 epidemic in Guangzhou in 2020 and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods a random sample of guangzhou each volunteer corps 569 volunteers，using self-designed questionnaire investigation，investigation content includes： basic situation，the volunteers participate in epidemic prevention service categories，causes，satisfaction and organizers provide volunteer security situation，etc.，and use SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis of survey results.Results Among the 569 volunteers，285 participated in volunteer services related to COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in 2020，and 284 did not participate in volunteer services related to COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in 2020.The main reasons for participating in volunteer services for epidemic prevention and control include： making a modest contribution to fight against the epidemic，doing meaningful things in the spare time of stressful work and life;The main reasons for not participating include： staying at home for epidemic prevention and control is to contribute to the country，not seeing the recruitment information of volunteer epidemic prevention activities，heavy work tasks，etc.The regression analysis results showed that the volunteers' education background，occupation，total length of volunteer service and knowledge of COVID-19 were the factors that affected the volunteers' participation in epidemic prevention volunteer service （P<0.05）.Conclusion Volunteers in Guangzhou have a positive willingness to participate in epidemic prevention volunteer service，and attach importance to national interests and the realization of self-value.Volunteers' own professional experience affects their willingness to participate in epidemic prevention volunteer service;Sponsor provided epidemic prevention volunteer service guarantee situation directly affects the volunteers' overall satisfaction with the activity.
