摘要：目的：探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺活检术患者的围术期护理方法和效果 。方法：选取该院2019年12月到2021年3月收治的60例經直肠超声引导下前列腺活检术患者进行研究，平均分为两组，其中对照组30例，给予常规护理，观察组30例，给予围术期护理。比较两种护理手段对经直肠超声引导下前列腺活检术患者的价值。结果：观察组的护理成果优于对照组，2组相比，差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：围术期护理应用于经直肠超声引导下前列腺活检术患者，在让患者称心的同时还能有效安抚患者不良情绪，值得推行运用。

Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods and effects of transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy 。 Methods： 60 patients with transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy in our hospital from December 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups， 30 cases in the control group were given routine nursing， and 30 cases in the observation group were given perioperative nursing. Objective to compare the value of two nursing methods in patients with transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy. Results： the nursing achievement of the observation group was better than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of perioperative nursing in patients with transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy can not only satisfy the patients， but also effectively pacify the patients' bad mood， which is worthy of promotion and application.

前列腺癌是临床上的一种上皮性恶性肿瘤病症，该病在近几年来的发病率不断升高，临床上常用前列腺穿刺活检术来对该病进行确诊[1]。本研究针对目前临床的现状，比较和分析给予患者围术期护理干预方式的运用成果，详细见以下报道：

1.资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取该院2019年12月到2021年3月收治的60例经直肠超声引导下前列腺活检术患者作为研究对象，观察组30例，年龄20～72岁，平均（53.42±3.17）岁;对照组30例，年龄22～76岁，平均（55.51±3.26）岁。对两组患者一般材料分析后显示，其差别无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2护理方法

对照组给予常规护理;对照组给予围术期护理：术前护理：护理人员在对患者进行穿刺前，要用肥皂水对其进行灌肠清洁，并协助患者将自己的体位姿势调换到左侧屈膝卧位;另外，护理人员要多和患者交谈，及时的洞悉患者的情绪走向，给患者详细的讲解疾病的知识，让患者对疾病的医治先有个大概了解。……
