摘要：目的 分析在对慢性心力衰竭患者进行护理的过程中将规范化健康教育进行运用的作用。方法 研究在本院2021年2月至6月所接诊的患者中抽选80例为研究对象，结合组内随机抽选的方式，取40例患者，在治疗过程中展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下40例则需要将规范化健康教育进行运用，即观察组。分析干预效果。结果 结合对患者在治疗期间的心理状态、对病症的了解程度以及护理满意度对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对慢性心力衰竭患者进行护理的过程中及时将规范化健康教育进行运用，可以有效保障对该部分患者的护理效果，强化患者对病症的认识。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the role of standardized health education in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 80 cases of patients in our hospital from February to June 2021 were selected as the research object. Combined with the method of random selection in the group， 40 cases of patients were selected to carry out routine nursing in the process of treatment， namely the control group. The remaining 40 cases need to use standardized health education， namely the observation group. The intervention effect was analyzed. Results combined with the psychological state of patients during the treatment， the understanding of the disease and nursing satisfaction， the observation group had advantages， P < 0.05. Conclusion in the process of nursing for patients with chronic heart failure， timely use of standardized health education can effectively guarantee the nursing effect of this part of patients and strengthen the understanding of the disease.

在臨床常见的慢性疾病中，慢性心力衰竭属于较为常见且发生率较高的类型，对患者健康所造成的影响较大。该部分患者治疗周期较长，且多数患者年龄较大，且增加患者在治疗过程的依从性，更需要强化患者对自身病症的认知[1-2]。本次研究就主要对规范化健康教育在该部分患者护理中的作用进行分析。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究在本院2021年2月至6月所接诊的患者中抽选80例为研究对象，结合组内随机抽选的方式，取40例患者，在治疗过程中展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下40例则需要将规范化健康教育进行运用，即观察组。在患者组成方面，对照组中包括男性患者23例，女17例，年龄在45—72岁间，对应均值为（56.23±1.26）。而观察组中存在有男性患者25例，女15例，年龄在44—74岁间，对应均值为（55.78±1.82）。……
