摘要：目的：讨论分析在肥胖症合并二型糖尿病患者治疗工作中运用利拉鲁肽的价值作用。方法：选择2020年1月道2021年1月期间院内的4例肥胖症合并糖尿病患者，对所有患者使用利拉鲁肽药物进行治疗，对比患者治疗前后的身体质量指数与血糖指数变化情况。结果：治疗前所有患者身体指数与血糖指数没有统计教学方面的意义，治疗后所有患者的血糖指数与身体指数明显优于治疗前（P<0.05）。结论：在肥胖症合并二型糖尿病患者的治疗过程中运用利拉鲁肽，可以有效改善患者身体状况、控制患者血糖指数变化，缓解患者症状，帮助患者早日恢复健康。

Objective： to discuss and analyze the value of the application of the linear agent in the treatment of obese patients with type two diabetes mellitus. Methods： 4 patients with obesity and diabetes in the hospital during the period January 2020 January 2021 were selected. All patients were treated with the drug. The body mass index and glycemic index were compared before and after treatment. Results： before treatment， all patients' body index and blood glucose index had no statistical significance in teaching. After treatment， all patients' blood glucose index and body index were significantly better than before treatment （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the use of Liraru peptide in the treatment of obesity combined with type two diabetes can effectively improve the patient's physical condition， control the change of glycemic index， relieve the symptoms of patients， and help patients recover at an early date.

肥胖症患者的脂肪、体重等明显超过正常人，而且肥胖症患者经常会合并其他疾病，包括高血压疾病、或者冠心病症状、或者糖尿病症状、或者高血脂症状、或者胆石症等，此外，很多糖尿病患者都存在肥胖症情况，不仅在很大程度上会降低患者的生活质量水平，在一定程度上还会给患者身体健康带来威胁，降低患者生命质量[1]。而且随着社会的进步与发展，肥胖症合并二型糖尿病患者的数量也在逐年增加，需要提升肥胖症合并二型糖尿病的治疗质量与效率，才能为患者的生命健康提供一定保障[2]。为此，文中对利拉鲁肽在四例肥胖症合并二型糖尿病中的运用价值作用进行了简要分析，希望可以为肥胖病合并二型糖尿病患者的治疗研究提供一点帮助。……
