【摘要】目的：为了更好的探索甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的效果，本文针对于甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖片的治疗方式以及治疗后期的反馈进行了一定的分析，希望能够得出更加科学的结论。方法：为了更好的分析甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的作用，选取我院近两年的80例患者进行分析，对照组40例采用传统治疗方式，实验组40例采用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗。结果：甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的效果较为良好，实验组40例患者中38例均呈现不同程度的好转，而且基本都可以实现正常生活。而对照组的治疗效果则显得比较普通，仅有半数患者可以出现不同程度的好转。结论：甘精胰岛素和阿尔卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的效果较为显著，基本可以实现病情好转，而且对于患者的正常生活不会产生严重的影响。

【Abstract】Objective：in order to better explore the effect of insulin glargine combined with Acarbose Tablets in the treatment of elderly diabetes， this paper analyzes the treatment of insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets and the feedback in the later stage of treatment， hoping to draw more scientific conclusions. Methods： in order to better analyze the effect of insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets in the treatment of elderly diabetes， 80 patients in our hospital in the past two years were selected for analysis， 40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods， 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets. Results： the combination of insulin glargine and acarbose in the treatment of elderly diabetes was effective. 38 of 40 patients in the experimental group showed improvement in varying degrees， and they could basically achieve normal life. However， the treatment effect of the control group is relatively common， only half of the patients can get better in varying degrees. Conclusion： the combination of insulin glargine and alcapose can improve the condition of elderly patients with diabetes， and will not have a serious impact on their normal life.

1  資料与方法

1.1一般资料

在本次实验研究中选取了我院近两年的80例患者，实验组40例患者，对照组40例患者。患者的入院日期，年龄，性别以及其他影响因素等等大体一致，均达不到影响实验结果的程度。而在使用甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖在联合治疗的过程中，对于护理方式以及治疗方式等等进行一定的控制，保证其大体一致，不会出现实验组和对照组出现较大差异的情况。这样才能够得到最佳的实验效果，也能够更好地分析如何对患者进行治疗。……
