摘要：随着经济水平的不断发展，人们的物质生活得到了明显地提升，对建筑施工的质量与美观的要求越来越高。我国科学技术的领先，为我国建筑行业的迅速、稳定的发展提供了强有力的保障。本文主要是针对关于在建筑施工中技术管理的不足，并对建筑管理方面进行全方位的探究与分析，提出了在管理方面相对应的策略，从而保质保量地完成建筑任务，为促进我国建筑事业的蓬勃发展发挥其重要的作用。

Abstract： With the continuous development of economic level， people’s material life has also been significantly improved， and the requirements for the quality and beauty of building construction are higher and higher. China’s leading science and technology provides a strong guarantee for the rapid and stable development of China’s construction industry. This article mainly aims at the deficiencies of technical management in construction， probes and analyzes all aspects of construction management， and puts forward corresponding strategies in management， so as to complete the construction task with quality and quantity， and play an important role in promoting the rapid development of China’s construction industry.

一、前言

在我國建筑行业蓬勃发展的过程中，我国建筑行业的大环境也在随之改变。建筑行业中的竞争也越来越激烈，要想在行业中立稳脚跟，建筑工程质量与效率是其主要的影响因素，工程质量的好坏将直接影响着建筑行业的地位。在建筑施工中有效地提升工程的施工质量，是建筑工程中的核心工作[1]。而在面对施工管理存在的问题时，我们必须去深入地挖掘及分析导致问题的原因，针对其具体的原因实施相对的整改措施，从而优化建筑工程施工管理的水平，这对于建筑工程的长远稳定的发展具有重大意义。

二、优化建筑工程技术管理的重要性
