【摘要】目的：探讨腔内彩超诊断剖宫产术后子宫下段早期瘢痕妊娠的临床价值及准确性分析。方法：研究對象抽取均源于我院于2019年12月至2020年12月时间段内收诊的疑似为剖宫产术后子宫下段早期瘢痕妊娠（CSP）病患共计55例，所有的疑似CSP病患均采取腹部彩超检查，腔内彩超检查，并将手术结果为诊断的参照标准，比较分析两种不同的诊断方式对于剖宫产术后子宫下段早期瘢痕妊娠的诊断结果。结果：经过手术的病理结果行以诊断后，其中在总55例疑似为子宫下段早期瘢痕妊娠病患，CSP病患为38例，而非CSP病患为17例。经对评测结果予以对比分析可得，腔内彩超准确性为100%，相较于腹部彩超的87.27%的诊断准确性，差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）。而腔内彩超以及腹部彩超在诊断CSP中的漏诊率、误诊率、敏感性以及特异性间，差异并不具备统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论：采用腔内彩超对于子宫下段早期瘢痕妊娠病患予以诊断，其诊断的准确性较高，能够有效降低在临床诊断中的漏诊以及误诊情况，对临床的诊断具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract： objective： to investigate the clinical value and accuracy of intracavitary color ultrasound in the diagnosis of early scar pregnancy in the lower segment of uterus after cesarean section. Methods ：55 patients suspected to be early scar pregnancy （CSP） after cesarean section were selected from December 2019 to December 2020. All suspected CSP patients were examined by abdominal color ultrasound and intracavitary color ultrasound. The results of the operation were compared and analyzed for the diagnosis of early scar pregnancy in the lower. Results： The pathological junction after operation Of the 55 patients suspected to be early scar pregnancy in the lower uterine segment ，38 were CSP， compared with 17 CSP. By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results， the accuracy of intracavitary color ultrasound was 100， which was statistically significant compared with 87.27% of abdominal color ultrasound （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference between the missed diagnosis rate， misdiagnosis rate， sensitivity and specificity of intracavitary color ultrasound and abdominal color ultrasound in diagnostic CSP （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Intraluminal color Doppler ultrasound was used to treat early scar pregnancy in lower segment of uterus In order to diagnose， the accuracy of diagnosis is high， which can effectively reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinical diagnosis， and has certain application value for clinical diagnosis.
