【摘要】目的：探讨比较用康复新液与冷沉淀制剂治疗顽固性口腔溃疡的临床效果及对其IL-2、IL-8分析。方法：研究对象抽取均源于我院于2019年12月至2020年12月时间段内收诊的顽固性口腔溃疡病患，对总86例予以分组。对照组所纳入43例病患，展开冷沉淀制剂治疗，观察组所纳入43例病患，展开康复新液予以治疗。对组间的临床治疗效果以及各项炎性因子的指标水平展开对比。结果：观察组所收治的顽固性口腔溃疡病患其治疗总有效率经评定为90.70%，对照组的治疗有效率经评定为67.44%，（P<0.05）。治疗观察组各项炎性因子评测所得结果，IL-2水平相较对照组明显更高，而IL-8以及TNF-α指标水平相较对照组均明显更低（P<0.05）。结论：在顽固性口腔溃疡的临床治疗中，采用康复新液予以干预治疗其临床的治疗效果相较于冷沉淀制剂治疗的效果更优，在改善患者的各项炎症因子的指标水平中具有较为显著的效果，值得临床的应用。

Abstract： objective： to compare the clinical effect and IL-2、IL-8 analysis of the treatment of intractable oral ulcer with Kangfu Xin liquid and cryoprecipitation preparation. Methods： All the patients with intractable oral ulcer were selected from December 2019 to December 2020. In the control group ，43 patients were treated with cryoprecipitation preparation， and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation solution. The clinical therapeutic effect and the index level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results： The obstinate oral ulcer in observation group The total effective rate of treatment was 90.70 and that of control group was 67.44（P<0.05）. The IL-2 level in the treatment observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， while the IL-8 and TNF-α index levels were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： in the clinical treatment of obstinate oral ulcer， the effect of intervention with rehabilitation new solution is better than that of cryoprecipitation preparation. It has remarkable effect in improving the index level of inflammatory factors in patients. Value Get clinical application.

顽固性口腔溃疡作为一种在临床中较为常见的口腔疾病。由于疾病的发生以及其发展的过程与病患的口腔中遭受细菌，身体中缺乏维生素、病毒感染以及营养不良等方面具有较为密切的关系[1]。由于顽固性的口腔溃疡病患，临床中主要表现为反复发作性的口腔粘膜呈口腔灼痛以及良性损害状，病患在患病后其生活质量或遭受较为严重的影响。在此研究中主要为探讨比较用康复新液与冷沉淀制剂治疗顽固性口腔溃疡的临床效果及对其IL-2、IL-8分析，总结报告以示下文。……
