摘要：近年来，随着文旅融合的深入发展，各地不断挖掘具有地方特色的文化资源，用文化带动旅游，以旅游弘扬文化。普洱茶历史悠久、文化底蕴深厚，一直备受关注。文章以历史文献中对普洱茶的记载为线索，从起源、发展、兴盛3部分综合梳理普洱茶的发展历程，以期为普洱茶历史文化的研究提供参考，助力茶旅融合发展。

Origin， Development and Prosperity of Pu'er Tea

Absrtact： With the in-depth development of the integration of culture and tourism in recent years， this paper have

discovered various regions have tapped cultural resources with local characteristics from place to place， which

promotes tourism with cultural elements and highlights culture with tourism. Pu'er tea， as one of the world's oldest

and the richest in cultureal heritage tea， has been won increasing attention from the tea speciality lovers. By taking

record of Pu'er tea in historical literatures as clues， the comprehensive evolution process of Pu'er tea from its origin，

development and prosperity was introduced to provide a certain reference for the study of Pu'er tea's history and culture，

and to help the development of the integration of tea elements and tourism.

普洱茶歷史悠久、文化底蕴深厚，被誉为“可以喝的活化石”。近年来，随着文旅融合的深入发展，普洱市结合地方特色文化资源推出“茶旅融合”新型文化旅游模式。文化是旅游的灵魂，旅游是文化的载体，要真正实现“茶旅融合”发展，关键在于普洱茶历史文化的挖掘。

“普洱茶”这一名称本身具有多重含义，包括茶种名（普洱茶种）、茶类名（普洱茶）和品种名（云南大叶种）等，长期历史发展过程中的普洱茶已然成为一种文化概念，“普洱”也不是特定的地理区域，而是指泛化的文化区域。历代关于普洱茶的文献记载零散、琐碎，未形成连续性脉络。黄桂枢[1]在《普洱茶文化大观》一书中对普洱茶进行了较为全面的论述，从种植、生产、运输、销售等方面介绍了普洱茶的发展，系统分析普洱茶在政治、经济、文化等方面的意义，但对普洱茶的发展历程的论述较少。朱飞云[2]的《古道叙茶马》以茶马古道为线索简要叙述了普洱茶的发展历程，但全书中心在于茶马古道，对普洱茶演化和发展的轨迹只是略有提及。……
