摘要：作为传统茶产区的四川省雅安市名山区，拥有2.35万hm2优质茶叶基地，公用品牌“蒙顶山茶”入围全国十大茶叶区域公用品牌，但随着市场竞争的日益激烈，名山茶产业发展瓶颈逐步显现。文章梳理名山区茶产业发展存在的问题，并探讨突破方案。

Abstract： As a traditional tea producing area， Mingshan District of Ya'an City has 23 500 hm2 of high-quality tea gardens，

and the public brand "Mengdingshan tea" has also been listed as one of the top ten public brands in the country.

However， with the increasingly fierce market competition of tea industry， the industrial bottleneck gradually appears.

This paper focused on sorting out the problems existing in the development of Mingshan tea industry and exploring

the breakthrough plan.

雅安市名山区地处四川盆地西南边缘，辖区面积6.14万hm2，是典型的丘陵农业区。名山是川茶的主产区之一，茶叶种植历史悠久，茶文化源远流长。名山属亚热带季风性湿润气候区，气候温和，雨量丰沛，年均降雨1 500 mm，无霜期长，四季宜耕，森林覆盖率32%。优厚的自然生态环境使名山2020年入选四川首批省级全域旅游示范区创建名单、第二批天府旅游名县候选县（市、区）名单，是2020年四川首批新型智慧城市示范城市、2020年度四川省乡村振兴先进县（市、区）。

一、茶产业现状

1. 茶产业综合实力不断提升

截至2020年底，全区茶园面积2.35万hm2，人均茶园面积居全国第一，全年收购鲜叶约20.7万t，产值20.4亿元;干茶产量5.16万t，产值28.5亿元，茶产业综合产值超62亿元，在全国264个茶叶主产县（区）中，发展综合实力位居第四，在四川各县（区）中位居第一。先后被评为全国首批标准化茶叶生产示范基地县、首批全国无公害茶叶生产示范基地县、全国首批区域性良种示范基地、全国农村一二三产业融合发展先导区、四川省首批省级特色农产品优势区。已建成全国唯一的茶叶类大宗产品交易所“蒙顶山茶叶交易所”和中国西部最大的绿茶交易市场 “中国蒙顶山·世界茶都”。……
