摘 要：少林寺档案管理存在档案资源缺失、信息化水平有待提高等问题。在系统分析少林寺档案信息化建设的基础上，从档案信息整合、数据采集、数据处理、数据展示等方面进行研究，提出建设档案信息数据库的方法框架，利用数据库、可视化、B/S架构等技术构建档案信息平台，研制模块展示、多种方式检索等功能，有效地促进少林寺档案信息的保护、管理和文化元素的传播，为少林寺档案信息建设和同类机构档案信息的管理和保护提供新的研究思路。

Research on the Construction of Archive Information Database

—Take a Case of Shaolin Temple

Abstract： There are some problems in the archive administration of Shaolin Temple， such as the lack of archive resources and the level of informatization need to be improved. In this paper， based on the systematic analysis of the information construction of Shaolin Temple archives， and from the aspects of archives information integration， data acquisition， data processing， data display， researcher puts forward the method framework of constructing archives information database. The visualization， database， B/S architecture technology used to build archive information platform and development the function of module display and a variety of ways to retrieval. It promote the protection and management of Shaolin Temple archives information and the dissemination of its cultural elements， and to provide new research ideas for the construction of Shaolin Temple archives information and the management and protection of similar institutions archives information.

國家大数据战略下，数据管理部门纷纷成立[1]。大数据时代下，档案信息的数据量巨大，数据来源和数据集的类型多样，在档案信息资源的管理、保护等方面，大数据平台强大的数据采集、处理、数据展示和可视化功能具有明显优势，构建档案信息平台，为海量档案信息数据的计算和处理、访问和查询提供了保障。在相应的应用需求下，运用新型的数据处理和分析技术，选择全部或部分的原始数据对其进行分析形成价值，实现辅助决策和业务驱动。呈现统计分析结果时，可用标签云（Tag Cloud）、历史流（History Flow）、空间信息流（Spatial Information Flow）等可视化技术[2]。少林寺档案信息具有重要的历史文化与保护价值，当前少林寺档案管理存在档案文献资源缺失、保存过于分散，档案种类繁杂、内容交叉、老化损毁、难以确定类别归属，档案建设进度不一致、信息化水平有待提高等问题。……
