摘要：随着信息技术的高速发展，医院中引入信息化技术进行建设已然迫在眉睫。医院使用的传统信息技术已经无法满足新时代中大量数据信息及不断变化发展的情况，对此，在多元化的需求及发展中，虚拟化技术应运而生，将其运用到医院信息化建设中后能够有效的提升医院对信息资源的管理和运用，并可以依据此来制定合理的服务管理方案，进而促使医院得到更好的发展。

Abstract：with the rapid development of information technology，the introduction of information technology in hospital construction is imminent. The traditional information technology used by the hospital has been unable to meet the needs of a large number of data and information in the new era and the changing development. In this regard，in the diversified needs and development，virtualization technology came into being. After it is applied to the hospital information construction，it can effectively improve the management and use of information resources in the hospital，and can be based on this to develop a reasonable service management scheme So as to promote the better development of the hospital.

随着医院的发展，其对信息技术也有了更高的要求，这使得信息技术应当朝向更细致及精密的方向发展，而这就需要提升服务器规模【1】，但又因为不同的软件有着不同的兼容性质，这使其需要在不同的环境下开展工作，对此，其对系统也有着不同的需求，自然传统中使用的信息技术就无法满足医院发展的需求，在这之中需要引进更先进的服务器开展具体工作。

一、运用虚拟化技术建立信息化管理体系

在现今医院各项工作的开展中都脱离不开软硬件设施设备的加持，通过使用虚拟化技术能够有效将医院中软件设施设备及硬件设施设备有效的联系起来，促使两者将进行一个好的融合发展，这一举动能够有效的减少软硬件设施设备之间出现的不平衡现象的发生，并提升对资源的利用效率【2】。另外，通过运用虚拟化技术还能够有效对医院中拥有的信息技术进行优化完善，进而促使其建立起更好的信息化管理体系，这能促使医院服务器达到更高标准的性能需求。……
