摘要：目的 探讨PDCA护理在氨氯地平联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病护理中的应用及对患者心功能指标的影响。方法 回顾性选取我院收治的接受氨氯地平联合曲美他嗪治疗的冠心病患者80例，时间2019年1月-2020年1月，依据随机划分小组的原则分为参照组与观察组，各40例。参照组接受常规护理，实验组接受PDCA护理，评价比较两组的心理状态、心功能指标。结果 两组患者在各项指标的对比上有差异，实验组均优于参照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 给予患者PDCA护理的方法，可以缓解患者的不良情绪，改善患者心功能指标，值得进一步推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application of PDCA nursing in amlodipine combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its influence on cardiac function indexes. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease treated with amlodipine combined with trimetazidine in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected retrospectively. According to the principle of randomized group，they were divided into control group and observation group，40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing，and the experimental group received PDCA nursing. Results the two groups of patients in the comparison of the indicators were different，the experimental group were better than the reference group，the difference was significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the method of PDCA nursing can relieve the bad mood of patients and improve the cardiac function index of patients，which is worthy of further promotion and application.

冠心病是一種临床常见病，此病发生后患者需要长期应用药物进行治疗。其中，氨氯地平联合曲美他嗪则属于该病的常见用药方法【1】。通过用药患者可以得到有效的治疗，但就临床实际来讲，患者用药期间还需要接受必要的护理干预，以确保患者的治疗【2】。基于此，本次实验将围绕着PDCA护理在氨氯地平联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病护理中的应用及对患者心功能指标的影响进行研究，详细报道如下：

1资料方法

1.1研究资料

回顾性选取我院收治的接受氨氯地平联合曲美他嗪治疗的冠心病患者80例，时间2019年1月-2020年1月，依据随机划分小组的原则分为参照组与观察组，各40例。参照组男28例，女12例，年龄为60-77岁，平均年龄（69.15±4.28）岁;实验组男29例，女11例，年龄60-78岁，平均年龄（69.77±4.19）岁;两组患者间的基线资料，无明显差异（P>0.05）。纳入标准：实验患者均符合冠心病的诊断标准;自愿加入实验者;无治疗药物禁忌者。排除标准：精神疾病、意识障碍、认知障碍者;合并其他重大疾病者;严重心律失常者;相关资料残缺、不完整者。
