摘要：目的 探讨分析将加强围手术期护理应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者的护理效果。方法 此次研究对象选自本院2019年3月到2020年9月期间收治的阑尾炎患者，共计110例，按照随机数字表法进行分组。其中给予常规围术期护理的55例为参照组，给予加强围手术期护理的55例为研究组，观察对两组的护理情况。结果 比较两组的术后恢复情况以及并发症发生率，研究组均优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，将加强围手术期护理应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者有着极其显著的作用，可以对并发症起到很好的预防作用，从而保证患者的术后恢复，有必要在临床上广泛应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of strengthening perioperative nursing in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods 110 patients with appendicitis in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. Among them，55 cases were given routine perioperative nursing as the reference group，and 55 cases were given intensive perioperative nursing as the study group. Results compared the two groups of postoperative recovery and the incidence of complications，the study group were better than the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the application of strengthening perioperative nursing in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy has an extremely significant role，which can play a good role in preventing complications，so as to ensure the postoperative recovery of patients，and it is necessary to be widely used in clinical practice.

阑尾炎作为一种临床上比较常见的急腹症，该病将会引发患者出现比较明显的腹痛症状，在对患者治疗时，首选的治疗方法为手术治疗【1】。随着现代微创技术的发展，对该病采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的效果更为理想，不仅可以减轻对患者机体的损伤，还可以提高对患者的施术效率，减轻患者的应激反应，促使患者术后更快的恢复【2】。但是，对患者的术后护理工作也尤为重要，将会直接关系到患者的术后恢复效果。因此，本文旨在探讨分析将加强围手术期护理应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者的护理效果。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

此次研究对象选自本院2019年3月到2020年9月期间收治的阑尾炎患者，共计110例，按照随机数字表法进行分组。其中给予常规围术期护理的55例为参照组，给予加强围手术期护理的55例为研究组。全部患者的男女比例为30：25，年龄为20到63岁，均龄38.2（s=5.1）岁。对比两组的常规资料无显著差异（P>0.05）。
