摘   要：过去一段时期，公共数字文化资源建设注重资源组织和整合，现阶段其重心从“藏”转向于“用”，着重于“用户体验”及“文化服务”。文章以馆藏唐三彩数字文化资源为对象，综合运用用户画像和扎根理论，在用户角色建构基础上对馆藏唐三彩数字文化资源展示的语义需求逐级编码，建构了馆藏唐三彩数字文化资源展示的语义描述模型，从标识描述、基本描述、价值描述以及延伸描述四方面揭示了馆藏唐三彩数字文化资源展示语义描述的核心需求，最终据此制定了馆藏唐三彩数字文化资源展示的元数据框架。

Abstract In past decades， great attention has been paid to organization and integration in public digital cultural resources， but now the main work transfers from storage to utilization， focusing on user experience and cultural service. Taking Tang Tri-color as the object， based on user's portrait and Grounded Theory， this study builds up specific personal requirements and encodes their different semantic requirements on the display of Tang Tri-color. Then it constructs a semantic description model， showing the core need of semantic description on digital cultural resources from all aspects including identification description， basic description， value description and extended description. Relying on the preceding steps， the metadata framework on display of Tang Tri-color resources is established.

1   引言

國家（原）文化部2017年印发的《“十三五”时期公共数字文化建设规划》指出，要“制订可兼容现有数据结构的、同时具备良好可扩展性的数据结构规范和符合开放数据标准的数据格式规范，提高公共数字文化资源的开放共享水平和服务效能”，这对新时期公共数字文化资源建设提出了“面向用户、面向服务”的纲领性要求。过去一段时期，公共数字文化资源建设注重资源组织和整合，现阶段其重心从“藏”转向于“用”，着重于“用户体验”及“文化服务”。因此，公共数字文化资源的数据基础设施建设应从支持资源“存储、组织、整合”向“展示”转变。

公共数字文化资源语义描述是公共数字文化资源数据基础设施建设的关键环节，其旨在通过对资源内、外部特征的全面描述，形成支持资源存储、组织、检索、评价、关联、整合及展示等功能的数据结构规范，帮助用户发现、获取和利用资源。……
