摘要 总结了参加国家及安徽省棉花产业技术体系工作的经验、体会和思考，主要有：爱岗敬业、团队稳定和人才培养是保障;深入调研、掌握实情和找准问题是基础;岗站合作、纵横结合核心技术集成创新是关键;技术产品化和技术标准化是抓手;科技培训、基地建设和成果可视化是手段;对接政府和经营主体，聚焦全产业链，服务产业竞争力提升是根本。

Abstract The author summed up the experience and thinking of participating in the work of agriculture research system of cotton in China and Anhui Province， mainly including： Love and dedication， team stability and talent training is the guarantee; indepth investigation， mastering the facts and identifying problems are the basis; scientists or experts on the position and comprehensive experimental station cooperation， vertical and horizontal integration of core technology innovation is the key; technology productization and technology standardization are grab hands; science and technology training， base construction and the scientific and technological achievements visualization are the means; docking the government and business entities， focusing on the whole industry chain， and improving the competitiveness of service industry is the fundamental.

现代农业产业技术体系建设是我国农业科技领域的一项重大管理创新，是促进农业科研与生产紧密结合的有效途径，是建立全国全省范围内农业科研协同创新内生机制的成功探索[1]。安徽省农业科学院棉花研究所2007年至今承担国家棉花产业技术体系皖北综合试验站任务，2010—2015年承担安徽省棉花产业技术体系专家岗位（路曦结、程福如、何团结、郑曙峰等4位岗位专家）、2016—2020年承担安徽省油菜棉花产业技术体系副首席专家（路曦结）、岗位专家（程福如、郑曙峰）任务……
