摘要 乡村振兴的灵魂是乡风文明，在乡村振兴战略步入新的时期，推进乡风文明建设，对于乡村振兴的发展意义重大。乡村文明建设可以为乡村振兴提供强大的文化支撑，为传承农村传统美德提供充分的人才保障。然而，我国乡村的乡风文明建设还存在着基层组织认识不足、乡风文明主体不强、农民综合素质不高、传统乡村道德面临问题等挑战。为了改变这些现状，应该加强政府主导性作用，发挥农民的主体地位，提升农民综合素质，以及加大农村精神文明道德建设来建设乡风文明从而带动乡村振兴的发展。

Abstract The soul of rural revitalization is the rural civilization， and when the strategy of rural revitalization enters a new period， it is necessary to continuously promote the construction of rural civilization.The construction of rural civilization can provide a strong cultural support for the revitalization of the countryside and provide adequate talent protection for the transmission of the traditional virtues of the countryside.However， there are still limited government functions， lack of construction subject of rural civilization， the comprehensive quality of farmers to be improved， and the traditional rural morality is facing challenges.In order to change these situations， we should strengthen the leading role of the government， give full play to the main position of farmers， improve the comprehensive quality of farmers， and increase the construction of rural spiritual civilization and morality to build rural civilization and thus promote the development of rural revitalization.

截至2020年末，我国的脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利，进入了全面推进乡村振兴的新时期。习近平总书记在中央农村工作会议上指出脱贫摘帽不是终点，而是新生活、新奋斗的起点，需要巩固和拓展脱贫结果，全面推进乡村振兴[1]。自从实施乡村振兴战略以来，我国“三农”工作取得伟大成就，从美丽乡村的建设到绿色发展，以及农业供给侧改革到农业现代化发展，农民经济水平得到快速提高。乡村振兴重要体现之一就是乡风文明，是通过在农村营造良好的社会风尚，丰富农民的精神世界，改善农民的精神面貌，从而使得乡村振兴全面发展[2]。……
