摘要 位于新疆南疆的阿克苏地区以得天独厚的资源优势和自然条件，已拥有千年以上的苹果种植历史和广泛的苹果种植面积，苹果产业也是阿克苏地区农业经济发展的重要组成部分。基于三产融合的角度，通过分析阿克苏地区苹果产业的现状，探讨影响苹果三产融合过程中的突出问题和关键环节，提出在培育新型经营主体、转变传统经营模式、提升市场竞争力、加强品牌建设、推动苹果产业多元化发展等方面的意见和建议，为今后阿克苏地区苹果三产融合发展，实现产业结构调整，助力乡村振兴和实现农民增收致富，提供科学依据。

Abstract Located in the Southern Xinjiang， Aksu region has a history of over a thousand years of apple planting and a wide area of apple planting with its unique resource advantages and natural conditions. The apple industry is also an important part of the agricultural economic development in Aksu region. Article based on the viewpoint integration of three industries， analyzes the present situation of the apple industry of Aksu area， discusses the prominent problems and key links in the process of apple firms of fusion， puts forward opinious and suggestions in cultivating new operators， changing the traditional business model， promoting the competitiveness of the market， strengthening the brand construction， promoting the development of apple industry diversification， etc.， in order to provide a scientific basis for integration of three industries， adjustment of industrial structure， rural revitalization， farmers income increase in Aksu region.

2015年国务院办公厅提出《推进农村一二三产业融合发展的指导意见》，2019年中央一号文件再次提出“健全农村三产融合发展利益联结机制”，推进三产融合已是实施乡村振兴战略和城乡融合发展过程中的必经之路[3]，是构建现代农业产业体系、转变农业发展方式、拓宽农民增收渠道的重要举措。刘淑玉等[2]在分析阿克苏地区苹果产业融合发展现状时指出，阿克苏苹果产业在新疆乃至全国都具有明显的发展优势，是当地农民增收致富的支柱性产业，关于保证苹果产业健康发展需要研讨。……
