摘要 根据农业基本建设项目的消防设计现状和农业防火设计规范的历史沿革，分析存在诸如农业消防专项设计规范缺失、消防标准条文缺失以及消防内容不完善等问题。研究提出农业建设项目的消防给水设计应遵循实用性与经济性原则，借鉴现行民用建筑领域较为成熟的消防设计体系，适当简化和调整，体现生产与消防的协调性以及安全与经济的平衡性;针对消防水源、消防给水系统以及末端消防设施提出适宜农业基本建设工程的设计要点;并以温室、畜禽舍和农业园区为例，详细说明计算了农业建设项目的消防给水设计系统。

Abstract According to the situation of agricultural capital construction projects fire design， some problems are analysed， such as lack of the special fire specifications in agricultural construction project.The study puts forward the agricultural capital construction projects of fire water supply design should follow the principle of practicability and economy;draw lessons from the current civil construction field because of its relatively mature system of fire control design， simplify and adjust appropriately;embody the coordination of production and fire protection， the balance of safe and economy.Taking greenhouse， livestock and poultry house and agricultural park as examples， the design system of fire water supply for agricultural construction project is explained and calculated in detail.

农业基本建设工程是指国家预算内基建投资、自筹资金、国内外基本建设投资贷款及其他专项资金进行的，以扩大农业生产能力为主要目的的新建、扩建工程。主要包括种植业、畜牧业、渔业、农垦、农机等行业的项目，以及农业系统管理的科研教育、生态环保、农村能源、社会化服务、市场、信息、质量安全等项目。农业基本建设项目类型主要有农业试验基地、科研观测试验站、现代农业产业园、畜禽养殖场、种植农场、村庄规划建设等。我国地域广阔、农业建（构）筑物种类繁多、规模不一，农业仓库、厂房、温室大棚等火灾现象不断发生，造成了较大的经济损失。……
