摘要 依托特色林业资源基础，充分发挥比较优势，是加快现代林业产业发展应遵循的基本原则。以广西国有东门林场大花序桉特色资源为切入点，提出了创建大花序桉产业核心示范区的发展思路、建设布局、保障体系等内容，努力促进特色资源优势向特色产业优势转化。

Abstract Relying on the resource base of characteristic forestry and giving full play to comparative advantage is a basic principle to be followed to accelerate the development of modern forestry industry. Taking the  Eucalyptus cloeziana  as the starting point of the characteristic resources of the Guangxi stateowned Dongmen forest farm， this paper put forward the development ideas， construction layout and guarantee system of the core demonstration area of the  Eucalyptus cloeziana  industry， and strived to promote the transformation of the advantages of the characteristic resources into the advantages of the characteristic industries.

近年来，广西壮族自治区党委、人民政府以“因地制宜、突出特色，一业为主，多元发展”为基本思路，从资源基础、产业基础、地理区位、人文特点等条件入手，强调要突出产业特色，精准定位发展目标，带动关联产业不断向优势资源聚集[1]，大力推动建设现代特色林业示范区。建成了一批特色要素集中、优势产业集聚、先进技术集成、生产经营集约、综合效益稳定的现代特色林业示范区[2]。该研究以广西东门大花序桉示范区为例，探讨了基于特色资源优势的林业示范区规划建设。

1 特色资源与特色产业的含义

特色资源是指在数量或质量方面占优势、具有某种独特性的资源[3]。独特的资源禀赋，将有效带动区域社会经济水平稳步提高。一般来说，特色资源之所以成为“特色”，主要是在于资源的“稀缺性”和“不可复制性”，这是提高产品竞争力、打造高端品牌和提高市场占有率的关键优势[4]。……
