[摘    要 ]近年来，科学技术的不断发展使压力容器产品的应用越来越普遍，焊接过程中自动化技术对工业的发展来说具有举足轻重的作用。而针对压力容器来说，焊接自动化技术多分为软件及硬件两个部分，但这两个部分不管是压力容器自动焊接设备或是工艺技术以及电子技术和信息技术，都是助推压力容器焊接自动化系统发展的关键基础。文章主要围绕压力容器焊接自动化技术展开论述，探讨压力容器焊接自动化技术的主要优势，并分析该项技术的具体应用。

[Abstract]In recent years， the continuous development of science and technology has made the application of pressure vessel products more and more common， and the automation technology in the welding process plays an important role in the development of the industry. For pressure vessels， welding automation technology is mostly divided into two parts， software and hardware， but these two parts， whether it is pressure vessel automatic welding equipment or process technology， as well as electronic technology and information technology， all help pressure vessel welding. 對于压力容器的生产来说，焊接工艺是其中不可或缺的环节，同时和压力容器整体的制造质量具有密不可分的关系。与传统的压力容器焊接技术相比，焊接自动化技术的形成使得压力容器的焊接质量有了进一步提高，并且焊接的操作也变得更为便利，使得压力容器焊接质量以及焊接效率都得到了明显提高，具有非常高的应用价值。对此需要不断助推焊接自动化技术在压力容器制造行业中的推广和应用，明确焊接自动化技术的应用要点，加快自动化焊接技术的发展。
