【摘    要】随着教育体制的深化改革，幼儿教育更加侧重于幼儿学习以及综合能力的双向培养。针对当前我国幼儿的基础性教育，国家教育部门颁布了《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》（以下简称《指南》），其目的是通过指南中的具体要求，使幼儿的身心得到全面发展。幼儿园集体教学活动的开展，可以促使幼儿在认知能力、情感、生活等多方面得到发展。本文将以《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》作为引导方向，对提高幼儿园集体教学的有效性进行研究，以期为相关人士提供有利的理论参考。

"Guide" to Improve the Effectiveness of Collective Teaching in Kindergartens

【Abstract】With the deepening reform of the education system， early childhood education focuses more on the two-way training of children's learning and comprehensive ability. In response to the current basic education of children in our country， the national education department has issued the "3-6 Years Old Children's Learning and Development Guide" （hereinafter referred to as the "Guide"）， with the purpose of passing the specific requirements in the guide to the comprehensive development of children's body and mind.. The development of collective teaching activities in kindergartens can promote the development of childrens cognitive abilities， emotions， and life. This article will take "3-6 Years Old Children's Learning and Development Guide" as the guiding direction to conduct research on improving the effectiveness of collective teaching in kindergartens， with a view to providing beneficial theoretical references for relevant people.

所谓的幼儿园集体教学活动，是指幼儿教师有计划以及有目的地引导所在班级的幼儿参与园内的集体性教育活动。此种活动是园内教学中重要的组成部分，也是教育活动中的一种重要形式。通过幼儿园的集体教学活动，教师可以使对幼儿获得生活、社会、艺术与自然等多重领域知識，并使其得到全面性的发展。笔者将通过制定合理的教学目标、正确地分析以及处理教学内容等多种策略，提高幼儿园集体教学的有效性。

一、幼儿园集体教学过程中出现的问题

（一）集体教学目标制定中存在的问题

1.教学目标表述不清。集体教学过程中，教师在对教学目标表述过程中存在着用词模糊且不具体的情况。教师对教学目标的理解和把握的前提，是对教学目标的表述尽量清晰且完整，按照既定的教学内容采用恰当的方式，使幼儿正确地理解教学内容，以达到最佳的教学效果。……
