【摘    要】小学生正处于感知力和想象力高度活跃的时期，道德观念也逐渐由他律向自律进行转变，但对道德和法治的认知还比较肤浅，仅靠教师课堂上照本宣科式的教学，是无法满足小学生的学习需求的。因此，教师需要借助具体的生活化的教学情境或生活化的案例对小学生进行道德与法治教育，将抽象的教学内容形象化，动之以情，晓之以理，将课堂教学与日常生活结合起来，使学生在情感的共鸣中实现思想的升华。

My Humble Opinion on the Life Teaching of Moral and Rule of Law in Primary School

【Abstract】 Primary school students are in a period of highly active perception and imagination， and their moral concepts are gradually changing from heteronomy to self-discipline， but their understanding of morality and the rule of law is still relatively superficial. Only relying on the teacher's teaching in the classroom based on the textbooks cannot meet the learning needs of primary school students. Therefore， teachers need to use specific life-oriented teaching situations or life-oriented cases to educate elementary students in morality and the rule of law， visualize abstract teaching content， move emotions with emotions， understand them with reason， and integrate classroom teaching with daily life Get up so that students can realize the sublimation of their thoughts in the resonance of emotions.

小学道德与法治课是以小学生的日常生活为基础，是一门具有活动性和开放性的综合学科。小学生需要在道德与法治课中学习常用的道德规范和法治知识，不断丰富个人素质，优化思维认知，学会用法律维护自己的权益。小学道德与法治新课程标准明确提出：道德与法治是小学教育的基础科目，要引导学生热爱生活，珍惜童年生活的价值，促进学生健康成长。因此，小学道德与法治教师要结合新课改精神，积极发挥小学生的主体性，选择贴近小学生生活实际的教学内容，从生活出发进行德育和思政教育，以独特新颖的活动设计、丰富多样的教学方法把小学生带入轻松的学习氛围中，提升小学生认知、表达等能力，使小学生形成正确的人生观和价值观。基于此，本文主要阐述了小学道德与法治生活化教学存在的问题，并提出生活化教学的有效策略。……
